Professionals Ron Lubin Ron has extensive real estate structuring, asset management, troubled debt resolution and workout experience. He was previously Managing Director at Crystal Capital where he led the real estate debt and equity investment business.
Ron had been with the Bank of America and its predecessors for over 24 years. During that time he held various senior positions including executive vice president and senior banker in the Real Estate Structured Finance, business line manager of Real Estate Workout, Restructuring and OREO, senior vice president and region executive in the Home Builder Finance Group and senior vice president and managing director of the Shopping Center Finance Division. Ron has also managed and directed other real estate initiatives including REIT, Portfolio Finance, Community Real Estate, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. He was previously a Managing Director of Crystal Capital in the real estate debt and equity investment business. At Crystal, he coordinated the asset management of the existing portfolio and the origination and underwriting of new business. Ed was formerly with NewStar Financial and was responsible for commercial real estate structured products and underwriting and at OneAmerica Financial Partners in Indianapolis. Prior to OneAmerica, he worked for Fleet Bank in Boston in the Shopping Center Group where he focused on construction debt products to mall developers and for Shawmut Bank as a group leader in the commercial real estate workout division focused on troubled debt restructures and portfolio disposition activities.
