Ron has extensive real estate structuring, asset management, troubled debt resolution and workout experience. He was previously Managing Director at Crystal Capital where he led the real estate debt and equity investment business.

Ron had been with the Bank of America and its predecessors for over 24 years. During that time he held various senior positions including executive vice president and senior banker in the Real Estate Structured Finance, business line manager of Real Estate Workout, Restructuring and OREO, senior vice president and region executive in the Home Builder Finance Group and senior vice president and managing director of the Shopping Center Finance Division.

Ron has also managed and directed other real estate initiatives including REIT, Portfolio Finance, Community Real Estate, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.

Ben has worked in commercial real estate for over eight years and has extensive experience in debt origination, asset management, capital structuring, financial modeling, and asset valuation and acquisition.

Prior to joining Hilco, Ben worked as a Vice President with Anglo Irish Bank where he was responsible for the management of several loan portfolios totaling approximately $2 billion of assets. While at Anglo, Ben was also instrumental in the negotiation and restructuring of over $600 million of debt.

Ben holds a BA in economics, summa cum laude, from Boston College and is also a CFA charterholder.
