On August 11, 2008 The United States Securities and Exchange Commission filed charges against Wextrust Capital, LLC (Wextrust), its principals, and four affiliated Wextrust entities, alleging that defendants conducted a massive Ponzi-type scheme from 2005 or earlier.  As a result of the filing, the assets of Wextrust have been turned over to Timothy J. Coleman as Temporary Receiver for the Wextrust entities.  Hilco Real Estate is working on behalf of the Receiver to market and sell the following assets of the estate.
